Mala Mansukhani

Woman of Strength
Mala Mansukhani is a woman of strength, grace, and purpose a mother of three and a proud grandmother of five. Life tested her early when she lost her husband at a young age, but she chose to rise with resilience and turn her pain into purpose.
A fashion designer by profession, Mala successfully ran her boutique for over three decades before finding a new calling to inspire holistic wellness and youthful living through her movement, Grow Younger. What began as a personal journey of healing evolved into a mission to help others rediscover vitality, mindfulness, and inner joy at every stage of life.
Social service
Over the past decade, Mala has devoted herself to wellness, fitness, and social service. Her work extends beyond personal transformation from visiting old age homes and initiating adoption drives for senior citizens to creating mindful retreats and wellness programs that bring people together in community and care.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: growing younger is not about age, it’s about attitude, energy, and the way you nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Reinventing yourself
In 2021, she was honoured with the World Book of Records Award (London) as a Fitness Icon, recognizing her inspiring contribution to health and wellness.
Through Grow Younger, Mala continues to lead by example blending elegance, discipline, and compassion into everything she does. Her life is a testament that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, learn anew, and live with radiant purpose.
