Vision for Grow Younger
Rejuvenate seniors around you on crossing the landmark birthday of 50, the so-called senior citizens—especially women—tend to become negligent in developing their minds, body and soul. Mala and Grow Younger aim to change this through regular workshops for health, events for art, fashion and beyond, and fitness bootcamps.
